Theo Bücker: Yes, that could happen. Nine months ago, the Secretary General of the Association more or less forced me to take over the national team. He called me: ' listen to Theo, you are our friend. You know that you need to help us. You will need to take over the national team. But you know, we can pay you anything.' I said yes, soccer is my life. This is much more like bread and water for me. At the beginning all alone have let me work. The players have thirsted after success, have just stared at me and said: ' get burning. And zackzackzack were we, how it is said so beautifully in the Sun. As we were then, many from the Board came naturally. Everyone is at once the father of success. All those responsible are for over 25 years, but none has ever come to a game. You are now trying to explain to me how the game works. And there is the rub. The success that we had indeed proven in the last few months, has grown exclusively on my and the crap of the players and otherwise cooking anything. If I leave here tomorrow, then everything collapses here like a House of cards. I do not agree with many things that run in the Association. And I don't want that we now experience a roller coaster ride. If non-critical things do not change, it is for me to make more sense.
When you talk they listen, all large heads of the Federation would have to be replaced.
No, not at all, only the door keep they should. Is that what you've done so far. Sits there and says nothing. Yes I am not against you. I am only opposed, that your of the dead wakes up and tells me the game.
How high do you see the chance of qualifying for the World Cup?
All associations are ahead light years from Earth. We are the only association that has no money at all. Has no base, no structure in the League. I can take only good players as coach, where daily well trained and worked and is a constant competition in the League on the weekend. Haven't we all. I am indeed a sorcerer. That's what I've done since isn't Yes actually. But I have proved that the way I train, can catch up with others.
